These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReadyFor11, operated by WH Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12796632).

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ReadyFor11, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Description of service

ReadyFor11 provides an online 11+ maths readiness diagnostic for children, along with readiness reports and optional personalised improvement plans. The diagnostic test is free. Improvement plans require a paid subscription.

Subscription terms

  • The improvement plan subscription costs £9.99 per month.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • By subscribing, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel once the service begins.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

No guarantee of results

ReadyFor11 provides an indicative assessment based on generalised benchmarks. Results are not a guarantee of admission to any specific school. Performance may vary depending on the day, the child's condition, and other factors. ReadyFor11 accepts no liability for decisions made based on the diagnostic results.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard.

Intellectual property

All content on ReadyFor11, including questions, improvement content, and design, is owned by WH Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WH Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
